"I've been OVERCHARGED on my Statefarm insurance policies and I've been fighting for SIX MONTHS but all I get are excuses, different answers and promised credit that I'm not receiving going back and forth with emails that take forever to get answers while I keep getting OVERCHARGED every month!!! Now I really doubt how many times I might have been Overcharged without noticing!!!"

"I have to start with the amount of knowledge I received from speaking with Ned. I had so many questions to answer I didn’t have and he provided solutions that helped me with my needs for me and my family. I’ve been through a few insurance agencies and State Farm is by far the best I’ve ever had. Ned will always be my goto. The staff is amazing and helpful and Ned had my back when I needed him. Thank you State Farm!!!!"

"The receptionist/office manager was not professional, not respectful and needs either a major customer service training or terminated. I plan to take my business somewhere else just so I don’t have to deal with her."

"I've been a customer at Ned's agency for a few years, and find Ned and his employees to be very sincere, personable, respectful, and, most certainly, knowledgeable about their business. Everyone works hard, which includes doing their very best to fully and skillfully (which includes very detailed--and accurate with those details take care of your insurance needs. They surely take pride in being so thorough. Ned is a great guy, who I know works hard, as he has been there on a number of occasions to even answer my call after hours! Karen Desantis is just the best, and truly, again, is so completely detailed and thorough. In addition to being very helpful, she was kind enough when a car accident landed me in the hospital to call and see how I was doing. PLUS, while I was in the hospital, she was making the needed arrangements with the body shop & rental car agency so that everything would go smoothly when I was discharged. Which is what happened. BTW, the owner and his assistant at Prime Auto Works' repair facility couldn't say enough good things about Karen and Ned's agency. The other employee, Brianna, I haven't worked with much, but she certainly is courteous and helpful, and if Karen and Ned say she does excellent work, then she does!"
